EMB DEVELOPMENTS

EMB Developments Inc. was formed out of a need to fulfill the land development component of construction. Bringing lands that EMB Developments Inc. already owns to the approved subdivision phase of construction and then allowing the opportunity to New Home Builder's to purchase the lots they require in the subdivision without the added stress of going through the red tape to get the property to the construction process.
