Bryan Walley - CEO, COO, President

Walley's role at Exactuals combines his love of technology and automation with his background in financial services and process improvement. Prior to joining the company in 2014, he held senior positions at IP3 Networks Inc., Intuit, and Exactuals' parent company City National Bank. In 2003, Walley joined IP3 Networks Inc. as Director of Operations, where he was responsible for internal systems development and management, process and policy definition and implementation, vendor management, procurement and distribution, interviewing and hiring decisions, and budgeting. At the time, he was named Vice President, Information Services Project Manager at City National Bank, where he helped deliver technical and process-driven results on time, on scope, and on budget, both internally and for the company's clients.

Chris McMurtry

Chris McMurtry, 39, is head of product at Exactuals, a company that helps entertainment industry clients handle payment management. McMurtry helped create a new product, which uses metadata to help calculate royalty payments.

Jason Hiller - CIO

Before starting Exactuals, Jason spent several years as an enterprise architect at Oracle, where he worked closely with Mike Hurst to address the needs of clients in the general software and media & entertainment industries. Through this role, Jason witnessed firsthand many of the technology hurdles associated with the residuals payment process. Jason is considered an authority on all things middleware and has a clear vision for the automated future of residuals. Jason received his BS from Syracuse University.

Mike Hurst - Chairman

Mike is a software industry veteran who spent many years at Oracle helping traditional software companies launch Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. During his time as a senior manager at Oracle, Mike was exposed to the inefficiencies surrounding residuals distribution in the media and entertainment industry, and he began to develop the relationships and insights that would form the basis for Exactuals. He incubated the business model over the course of his time at Stanford Graduate School of Business with guidance from some of Silicon Valley's most trusted advisors. Mike holds degrees from Santa Clara University and Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
