All of our properties have been renovated in the last few years and offer all the amenities you are looking for. Our Ball State rentals offer plenty of parking, dishwashers, washing machine and dryer on site and upgraded appliances (most properties are all stainless steel)!! All of our rentals are located just blocks from campus. We can accommodate your group of 2, 3, 4 or 5 students.
