Our Charter was formed on 9/27/1950 in Washington DC and later moved to Pittsburgh, PA, thus the reason behind the name Potomac Air Lodge 1976. Potomac Air Lodge 1976 is very unique in the sense that we only represent maintenance and related members that are covered under our agreement. Most union locals are amalgamated which means they represent other trades and members from other employers. Potomac Air Lodge 1976 main function is to administer the contract and serve the membership here in Pittsburgh to insure a safe and secure work environment.
