Luke was formerly at Lambert Smith Hampton where he headed the Capital Markets team for Yorkshire and North East, advising on some of the most high profile transactions in the region. Prior to LSH, Luke spent seven years at GVA (now Avison Young) working in the investment and valuation departments and has advised on over £500M of commercial property transactions for institutional, propco, HNW and local authority clients. Luke is solution-focussed with an eye for detail and expertise in cash flow modelling. He holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Richard was formally head of Commercial Property Partners (CPP) Capital Markets team operating nationally, having established CPP's London office. Prior to CPP, Richard spent 5 years working within Strutt and Parkers Capital Markets team specialising in the Logistics and MLI sectors.
