He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Most recently, he worked as a project manager for a commercial construction contractor. His projects consisted of interior finish-outs and remodels in office buildings and retail centers. In his free time EJ enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and basketball. He also enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife hiking and camping.

Jeremy is a Key Account Representative with Republic National Distributing Company focusing on the Constellation Brands portfolio. He is a Certified Specialist in Spirits and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Jeremy was born in Columbus, Indiana and has lived in Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Chicago and Louisville before settling down in the Denver Metro area in 2017. He is currently an M.B.A. student at the University of Denver and holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from DePaul University in Chicago where he focused on philosophy, theology and American history. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys being in the outdoors with his wife and daughter, coaching youth hockey, playing hockey, reading, photography and playing stringed instruments.

Matt works in the Wireless industry focusing on building out the transportation infrastructure to support 5G networks throughout America. Matt is attending DU to pivot into the real estate industry to help support the local communities in which he lives and invests. Matt is a recent Denver transplant having moved here from Hawaii after retiring from the United States Army. He is currently a student at the University of Denver in the M.S. REBE Program. Matt's focus is Residential and Commercial Development in both Denver and other Urban Markets. As a former resident of Hawaii and investor in Indianapolis, Matt has seen the impacts of Opportunity Zones and surface level capital injections in local markets impact local communities both positively and negatively in his time.

Nicolas is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a Project Manager at Montana Heritage Home Builders, Inc. He is the Vice President of Marketing and Communication for the University of Denver Real Estate and Construction Management (RECM) Club. Nicolas is from Montana. He currently lives in Denver, Colorado. He is currently a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment candidate with concentrations in Construction Management and Integrated Project Delivery and a Residential focus. He earned Summa Cum Laude and University Scholar, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management & Entrepreneurship, an Associate of Arts, a Certificate in Entertainment Management, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation, a Certificate in Digital Marketing, and a Certificate in Global Leadership from the University of Montana. He also earned a LeadershipU Certificate from the University of Montana. Nicolas likes to spend time outdoors with family and friends.
