Frank brings a strong real estate background with over 25 years of experience dealing with investors.
Twenty years ago Frank established FJC Property Management which later became Grand Strand Property Management. In 2012, he established Coastal Carolina Property Management to serve the South End of the Grand Strand with an office in Murrells Inlet.
He has worked in new home sales in both New York and Myrtle Beach. In addition, Frank worked for a large national home builder in the Grand Strand area. He has also been a home mortgage consultant for a national mortgage company and, for five years, specializing in Oceanfront high rise developments on the Grand Strand.
