Job Titles:
- Vice President - Business Operations
Andee oversees business applications, technology implementation, data analytics and reporting, business process improvement, project management & controls, and commercial excellence across all of Quanta West's operating companies.
With experience in senior-level positions in several energy infrastructure companies previously, Andee brings valuable industry experience and strategic relationships to the organization. Her proactive approach to managing projects, maintaining strategic partnerships, and integrating business solutions is integral to the overall management of the company. Ande e has worked with more than 30 electric utilities on three different continents to develop and deliver more than $1B in high voltage substation, transmission, and distribution projects. She is an active member in the industry and has delivered multiple presentations to members of the U.S. Senate, Congress, and their aides in an effort to help educate lawmakers on the critical nature of infrastructure investment.
Andee holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Leadership Studies from Kansas State University and a certificate in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technology from Stanford University. She has completed coursework toward a Master of Science in Energy Policy and Climate at Johns Hopkins University.
Brian is responsible for identifying and managing IT risk for new opportunities, overseeing adherence to compliance and IT best practices, streamlining company processes and systems, and ensuring team members across all of Quanta West's operating companies have access to the resources they need to best serve customers.
Brian's experience spans the Aviation, Healthcare, and Utilities industries, including roles as a database developer, database administrator, application developer, project manager, and IT manager. He successfully lead the building of two different IT development groups which support multi-million dollar projects across the United States, streamlining their processes, improving efficiency and creating direct cost savings back to the business. Brian continues to prove that approaching IT problem solving with energy and passion results in the improved efficiency, safety, and profitability of projects.
Brian holds a Bachelor's of Philosophy and Education from Principia College and is a member of the Project Management Institute, St. Louis Chapter.
Chris is responsible for all gas and underground electric operations within the western region, including coordinating operating units with Quanta West to best serve customers.
Prior to joining Quanta West, Chris served as President of Underground Construction Co for 20 years where he grew operations to serve gas and electric customers within the western US focusing on safety performance, organic growth, and operational excellence. He began his career as a field engineer working on oil and gas pipeline projects, focusing on field operations, scheduling crews and subcontractors, cost controls, estimating, and customer interactions. Chris has more than 35 years of experience in the oil, gas, and electric construction industries.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Santa Clara.
Dan assumed the role of President in 2021, where he leads the strategic development of the Quanta West operating companies' capabilities in assessment, planning, engineering and design, procurement, and construction. Dan is responsible for employee development and management of critical infrastructure project execution across all of Quanta West's operating companies, totaling nearly 5,000 craft and management employees.
Throughout his career, Dan has held multiple commercial and operations management positions with several energy infrastructure companies, including President at PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Operations at Quanta Services. Dan initially joined the Quanta Services executive team in 2010, leading operational functions across Quanta's global operations, including the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rollins College Roy E. Crummer School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin Green Bay.
With a strong team of professionals, Heath oversees the legal function, legal strategy, and risk management across all of Quanta West's operating companies.
Prior to his current role, Heath was Division General Counsel for PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc., a national electrical infrastructure construction company and a partner in an Am Law 200 law firm, focusing on legal issues clients face daily in the construction industry. Throughout his career, in both private practice and as an in-house advisor, Heath's practice has included zealous representation of his clients in arbitrations, state court, federal court, and mediations.
Heath holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washburn University and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law.

Jeff oversees the company's overall financial activities, including financial reporting, internal controls, administration, and financial operations.
With more than 20 years in senior financial and business management positions, Jeff has success in building the financial infrastructure necessary for high-growth businesses to succeed. His experience includes working in various industries making his experience largely diverse.
Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Josh is a Senior Vice President with Quanta West, whose area of responsibility includes fleet and equipment, safety, training, and real estate.
Josh's previous roles with Quanta include President of Quanta Aviation Services and Chief Operating Officer of Northwest Lineman College. Prior joining Quanta in 2013, Josh served twenty years as an officer and attack pilot in the United States Marine Corps during which he flew multiple combat missions, commanded an AV-AB Harrier squadron, and served as Force Generation Branch Chief with the United States Special Operations Command.
Josh holds a bachelor's degree from Boise State University and a master's degree from the United States Air Command Staff College.

Ky Bradley Director - Health and Safety Ky oversees the protection of the company's greatest assets: the more than 4,000 craft and management employees that make up all of Quanta West's operating companies. He challenges leadership for the continuous improvement of safety measures with a focus on building capacity for high energy hazards and eliminating life changing, life altering events. Ky is passionate about thinking differently about safety and leading the energy industry toward a safer future. Throughout his career, Ky has held multiple roles during his 11 years with Arizona Public Services, gaining extensive experience as a leader in safety. He also served as Director of Safety of the mountain west at PAR Electric where learning and development were a major part of his processes. These prior roles have given Ky a diverse background to relate to the many craft employees he is responsible for. Ky holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from University of Arizona.
Loren oversees all electric operations and business functions of Quanta West's construction-driven operating companies, including Crux, PAR Western Line Contractors, Potelco Inc, and Summit Line Construction. He is a hands-on leader, dedicated to the development of skilled teams, with the desire to be best in class in the industry.
Prior to assuming the role of Quanta West CCO, Loren served as President of Summit Line Construction, successfully leading a distributed team to deliver safe, on time, and on budget execution of electric construction projects, including the new installation or rebuild of >750 miles of transmission and distribution line, and related substation and foundation development.
Loren completed his IBEW apprenticeship and received his journeyman license in 2002. His experience working his way up through the trade has allowed Loren to meaningfully relate with employees in the field that are currently navigating a similar career path.
Loren attended Northwest Lineman College and the Mountain States Apprenticeship Program.

Melody oversees the overall human resources function across all of Quanta West's operating companies. She is passionate about driving organizational success and maximizing productivity through employee engagement, communication, talent development and strength management.
Prior to this role, Melody served as Director of Human Resources for PAR Western Line Contractors' corporate and divisional offices. Throughout her career, she has led the human resources function within the electrical contracting industry, as well as the architecture and planning industry, each with increasing levels of authority and responsibility. Her management positions included responsibilities for building, guiding, and directing all people-related functions.
Melody holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and Interior Design from Illinois State University.

Robert has responsibility over the Pacific Northwest Subregion of Quanta West leading the Potelco Group including Potelco Inc, InfraSource Services, LLC, Northern Powerline, BWI, RBC, and NPC Energy Services.
Robert has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive knowledge of gas and electric utility operations. As a leader, he emphasizes safe work practices and procedures and is committed to quality work standards. Robert has been serving as Senior Vice President at Potelco since 2011, responsible for the oversight of the Puget Sound Energy contract for both the Potelco electric contract and the InfraSource Services gas contract. Prior to that role, Robert served as a base manager for Potelco in King County, Superintendent for a local civil contractor, welder, and a journeyman pipefitter.
Robert is a member of the Distribution Contractors Association (DCA) and Western Energy Institute (WEI).

Robin leads the Northern California/Nevada operations and client engagement across all of Quanta West's operating companies, with responsibility for the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of engineering and construction services, internal process integration, and total region P&L performance.
An energy industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Robin served at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, successfully leading expansive teams to build and maintain electric and gas infrastructure, strengthen customer experience in local markets, drive economic development, and to improve relationship effectiveness with strategic customer accounts. She has a proven track record of effective team development, top-decile employee satisfaction, meaningful operational improvement, and successful management of resources >$700M.
Robin holds a BS in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Strategically Leading, Executive Organizational Leadership Program certificate from Stanford University.
