Brendan (Ben) Quine - Chairman, CTO

Brendan (Ben) Quine is Chief Innovation Officer, Chair, and Co-founder of ThothX. Ben has more than 25 years experience in the space industry and related sectors. Ben previously worked for the European spacecraft manufacturer, EADS Astrium Ltd. (now Airbus), and has a doctorate from the University of Oxford. He specializes in transformative space technologies. Brendan (Ben) Quine is Chief Technical Officer, Chair, and Co-founder of Thoth Technology. Dr. Quine leads Thoth's technical team. He has more than 25 years of experience in the space industry and related sectors. His specialist capabilities include spacecraft-systems development and the certification and test of space equipment. He is principal investigator for the Northern Light mission to Mars and the Argus pollution monitor. He is a registered professional Engineer of Ontario. Dr. Quine previously worked for the European spacecraft manufacturer EADS Astrium Ltd. (now Airbus) and is experienced with all phases of spacecraft design and manufacture. During his doctoral research at the University of Oxford, he developed and patented an autonomous star tracker for attitude determination and spacecraft navigation, launched on the European spacecraft, PROBA.

Caroline Roberts - CEO, President

Caroline Roberts is CEO of ThothX. Caroline is responsible for the commercial and proprietary interests of the company and for corporate communications. Since co-founding the company in 2021, she has spearheaded business development. Caroline holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford, where was a Rhodes Scholar. She has twenty years experience in the space industry and co-founded her first company in 2001. Caroline Roberts is President and CEO of Thoth Technology. Dr. Roberts is responsible for the commercial and proprietary interests of the company and for corporate communications. Since co-founding the company with Brendan Quine in 2001, she has spearheaded business development. Dr. Roberts holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford, where she held a Rhodes Scholarship. She is the author of a book and numerous articles on cultural history and science. Dr. Roberts is a member of the Professional Advisory Board of York University's Engineering Program. A native Newfoundlander, she shares family interests in business and government.
