Jodie is an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager who worked as a Senior Management Accountant & Regional Management Accountant at Morgan & Banks / TMP in Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong. She has also worked for various Chartered Accounting firms managing a variety of clients from small businesses, family office and sole traders. Jodie has also run her own business so has practical small business experience.
Kim is an experienced CFO, ASX listed Non-Executive Director, Chair of Audit and Risk Committee and Board Advisor. Previously a Partner at Ernst & Young, Head of Corporate Services working closely with the EY Entrepreneur of the Year businesses as well as large and medium National and International Businesses. Kim is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Governance Institute, Tax Institute and Institute of Company Directors with over 30 years of experience in Accounting & Finance. Kim has a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and has studied strategy & Innovation at both Berkeley, Haas School of Business and WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Nick is a Chartered Accountant and experienced CFO. After spending 6 ½ years in the profession with a Big 4 firm Nick has spent most of the last 30 years in CFO roles in service and product based organisations in a career that includes roles in New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and Australia. Nick's primary CFO experience has been in fast moving medium sized organisations and in subsidiaries of large, complex multinationals and his roles have always been both operational and strategic. His most extensive experiences have been in the technology and travel sectors.
