The Ranchers Cut is a family-owned beef operation located in Camp Verde, Arizona. All of our American Wagyu beef is raised right here on our ranch. We raise our beef turned out until they are yearlings. At that time, they are brought in until they are ready to go to the butcher. We pride ourselves in managing every aspect of raising our beef. Our cattle are 100% hormone free and 100% sustainably raised... The Ranchers Cut raises wagyu beef in the Arizona and processes our beef to sell in full or half beef packaged for sale.
