Dato' Deven Nathan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Tasmania, Australia. He was then admitted as Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales Australia upon receiving his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from The College of Law Australia. Upon his return, he ventured into his father's law firm, V.P. Nathan & Partners, and concurrently gained admission as a Solicitor to the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya. Strengthen by his background in accountancy and litigation, Dato' Deven advises on varied issues most commonly on commercial matters. Dato' Sri V.P. Nathan is recognized as a leading authority in all aspects of insurance law both in advisory and litigation since he started practice. He was a director of People's Insurance Co. (M) Bhd from 8th May 1976 till March l983, was the Vice-Chairman from 2nd April 1983 till 1st January 1988, and Chairman from 1st January 1988 till 9th October 1990. He was also a Director of Anika Brokers Insurance Berhad from 22nd November 1976 till 19th September 1983, the Vice-Chairman from 20th September 1983 till 22nd January 1989, Chairman from 20th September 1989 till 9th October 1990 and is currently a Director since 11th November 2002. Dato' Sri V.P. Nathan was a member of the Motor Insurers Bureau of West Malaysia from 23rd November 1981 till 9th October 1990, a member of the International Insurance Society since 1988 and also a member of the Commonwealth Law Association since 15th September 1999. His involvement in all the above has given him an added advantage in providing insights and advice to clients in the area of insurance and commercial law.

(Hons) in 2018 and commenced her pupillage in the chambers of Mr. Tang Jay Son at Messrs Syalihah Tang & Partners. Christopher Francis graduated from the University of Wolverhampton in 1995 with an LL.B. (Hons) Degree. He obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (C.L.P.) in 1996 and chambered with Messrs C.K. Leong & Co. and Messrs K.H. Ting & Co. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 15th November 1997. He started his practise at Messrs Dass Jainab & Partners and subsequently at Messrs S.N. Fam & Co. In 2008, he joined Messrs Othman Hashim & Co. as a Senior Associate which enhanced his experience in the field of insurance law, contract law and foreclosure matters. Muhammad Azmi Bin Ariffin graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) in 2011. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 14.06.2012. He chambered with Messrs Nazri & Partners in Kota Bharu, Kelantan and then started his practice with Messrs Maziana & Associates in Kota Bharu, Kelantan until December 2013. Omar Bakhi Bin Ahmad graduated from University Of Malaya in 1988. He then obtained his LL.B. (Hons) and commenced his pupillage in Chambers Of Mr. Baldev Singh Bhar of Syarikat Baldev Bhar Penang. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 25th March 1989. He joined Syarikat Baldev Bhar as a Legal Assistant in 1989 until end of May 1989 and later joined Starikat Lim Khiam Hoon Alor Setar Kedah on 1st June 1989 as a profit sharing partner. Kamini Subramaniam graduated from University of London in 1996. She then obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice (C.L.P) in 1997 and commenced her pupillage at Messrs Isaac & Partners under the experienced guidance of Ms. Malathi. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 4th of May 2000 and joined Messrs Lawrence & Co. as a legal assistant doing banking litigation and plaintiff matters in running down cases. She then joined Messrs SN Fam in 2004 as a senior legal assistant in doing defence work. She worked at V.P. Nathan from 2009 - 2010 and rejoined at the end of 2019. Amalina Binti Abdul Ghani graduated from Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM) with Bachelor of Laws LL.B. (Hons) Degree in 2000. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 28th June 2001. She chambered with Messrs Naimah, Chan & Low in Jalan Dang Wangi, Kuala Lumpur and then was retained by her master Mr. Chan Weng Khai and started her practice with Messrs Naimah, Chan & Low until 2003. Subsequently she went back to her hometown in Kuala Terengganu and started practiced with Messrs Rushdi Yusop & Partners from 2003 until 2005. Rohani Binti Muhammad graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 1995. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs Nathan & Associates, Seremban. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 16th September 1996. She continued her service with the firm as a legal assistant until 1998 before she joined Messrs Tan, Goh & Associates also in Seremban with the same position. In 2000, she returned to her hometown in Kedah and joined Messrs Idris Awang & Co. at Sungai Petani until 2006. In 2008, she practised with Messrs Shamsudin Bahari & Rafidi at their Baling office. Shu Lee King graduated from the University of Singapore with a LL.B. (Hons) Degree in 1977. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 8th December 1977. She chambered with Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners and was a Legal Assistant from 8th December 1977 till 31st December 1979. On 1st January 1980, she became a partner of the firm. She has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance law both in advisory and litigation capacity since she started practice and is also experienced in conveyancing, industrial, labor law, tenancy, recovery matters, commercial contracts, trade contracts, family law and probate matters. Wan Norul Syuhada Binti Wan Mohamad graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM/UIAM) in 2017 with an LL.B (Hons) Degree and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 01/03/2019. Radha Krishna Subramaniam graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of London in 1994.
