Almantas or "Al" as most people refer to him, started his career with ‘OVF' in September 2019
Since then, Al has developed a deep understanding of the mortgage and protection industry along with what it has to offer to a wide variety of clients. Al is passionate about client service and takes huge pride in helping new and existing clients, with a high focus on building long lasting relationship.
When not in the office, you may find him at the gym or trying to master the intricate techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I have been working at Open Vision Finance since 2019 as Business Case Handler. I am currently working to gain my CeMAP certificate (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice), of which will help expand my knowledge and understanding of Mortgages and Protection further. Having recently purchased my first home, I am all too aware of the stress that goes alongside the journey, and hope that with my own experience, I, along with the rest of the team at OVF can help make the entire process a positive and stress-free experience for all of our clients. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, getting crafty; making things and upcycling old furniture, as well as finding new places to go for long walks - especially now I have just got a puppy!

David joined the team in June this year, bringing with him a decade of experience working in Banking. Has over 5 years' experience of one-to-one client interaction where excellent customer service was at the heart of everything. Became a qualified Mortgage Adviser in February earlier this year and his excellent people skills will be an important contribution to the team. Hungry to develop long standing relationships with clients. Lives locally and very keen to succeed in this industry.

Since joining the OVF family as a Mortgage & Protection adviser in February 2021, I have enjoyed every minute of it. After completing my CeMAP qualifications in September 2020, I began my search to find an exciting, enthused network to work with and OVF fits that bill perfectly. I pride my work on creating long-lasting, quality relationships with my clients in which they are able to put their full trust in myself. As a young man, I aim to bring a fresh, modern attitude to the financial services industry whilst maintaining professionalism and providing a wealth of knowledge. When I'm not working, you can most likely catch me on the golf course!

Justin Phillips is the Company Principal and Mortgage Advisor at Open Vision Finance
Justin established OVF after almost 20 years in the finance and housing sector and is pleased to have worked with so many great clients; with OVF now in its 6th year. The business was predominantly based in Bristol but in 2017 expanded the operations to Taunton, his home, to gain a strong hold in the county town.
Justin has previously, successfully been nominated for the British Mortgage Awards ‘best broker' and has a relentless focus on business development and dedicated to his existing and new clients. Justin is well recognised in the sector with strong industry links with many of the UKs leading lenders enabling him to aid his clients and OVF to push/maintain that ‘top stop'. Justin welcomes new and existing clients alike.

Kelly Lush is the Company Manager and Mortgage Consultant at Open Vision Finance. With over a decade of experience in the mortgage and financial industry, Kelly has built an extensive depth of knowledge in this market space. Prior to the formation of Open Vision Finance in 2012, Kelly worked within the financial services industry where she established her mortgage proficiency with client management and paraplanning positions, becoming fully qualified gaining the industry recognised qualification Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP). She has since built and maintained a diverse client bank, ranging from first time buyers to buy to let investors and covers the South West of England region.
Kelly says: "I'm extremely passionate about my role within Open Vision Finance and heading up the talented team we have is a privilege. I'm committed to driving the brand forward, developing the members of our growing team whilst continuing to offer a personable advice service to my clients. It is a varied job role and at times challenging, but I love it!"
I started working at Open Vision Finance at the beginning of October 2019 as a Business Case Handler, after five years of working for a well known building society. I have therefore had lots of experience within the financial industry, and I'm really looking forward to helping others on the exciting journey to purchasing a house that myself and my husband had. I have a gorgeous 9 year old chocolate Labrador called Lola who is my little furbaby and she gets spoilt with lots of dog friendly holidays! My favourite time of the year is Christmas, as all my friends will tell you, as I like to keep a running countdown and host an annual Christmas Jumper Party to celebrate. My motto's in life are, "life is too short" and "you only live once", so enjoy it.

I started at Open Vision Finance as a Business Case Handler in September 2019. With a decade of experience within the housing industry and then taking time off to raise a family, returning to a role based within the mortgage sector was the perfect move for me. I have always worked within a customer service role and I thrive to provide the best service possible to our clients and build a strong relationship to ensure they always come back to us. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family. It does not matter if this is a day out at a theme park or just watching a family movie at home, I love every minute of it. Days at the beach in Cornwall are always a family favourite.

William Marshfield is a mortgage and protection adviser at Open Vision Finance.
William has a keen eye for detail in ensuring clients receive the best course of advice tailored to their circumstances, via an exceptional level of customer service. Providing bespoke advice on all areas of mortgage and protection planning, ranging from first-time buyers through to experienced portfolio landlords and everything in between. Priding himself on his availability to his clients, often working beyond our hours of 8am to 8pm to ensure he is on hand when clients need him.
After earning a Bachelor of Science with honours in Economics, William spent a little over two years as an assistant manager in Audit at Deloitte LLP, a global accountancy firm ranked No.1 in providing consulting services worldwide. After, joining the team William became fully qualified gaining the industry-recognised qualification Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
