Aaron is a Singapore citizen who has more than twenty years of corporate finance, tax and audit experience.He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was in the tax and audit departments performing tax compliance and tax advice as well as statutory & special audits for clients across a variety of various industries, particularly in Oil & Gas, Electronics, Trading, Logistics and Investment Management.Between 1996 - 2007, Aaron was with Vickers Ballas Corporate Finance, OUB Corporate Finance and PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance where he advised on cross-border corporate finance transactions across Asia.In 2007, Aaron joined the Corporate Advisory Group of UBS. He covered mainly the South East Asian region and was involved in various cross border transactions between these countries and within Asia.
Aaron joined Straits Advisors in 2012 and undertakes deal origination and execution in corporate finance transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, valuation and fund raising, in the region.
Aaron holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dominic is a British citizen who has more than twenty five years of corporate finance experience gained in Europe and Asia.Dominic began his career in 1987 at NM Rothschild & Sons Limited in London before joining Morgan Grenfell & Co Ltd (subsequently renamed Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and now part of Deutsche Bank).
In 1993, Dominic moved to Asia as Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Division of HSBC Investment Bank Asia Limited. He covered the South East Asian region, predominantly Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. He was involved in various cross border work between these countries and Europe.
In 1998, Dominic founded Straits Advisors in Singapore and has since overseen a wide range of corporate finance transactions throughout the region.
He holds a Bachelors (Honours) Degree in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Management, both from London University, the Diploma of Imperial College and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
