Design ethos: We like to combine contemporary design and technology with traditional or locally sourced materials. We aim not to impose design solutions on people, rather we like to arrive at a design through meetings and discussions with you so we can fully understand what you are after and so you are part of the design solution. Sustainability, energy efficiency:We have a long standing interest in sustainable and energy efficient design and incorporate these considerations from the very beginning of the design process. Buildings can be made more energy efficient for very little extra cost if this is prioritised at the earliest stages in the planning to minimise heat loss and make the most of solar gain. We are able to design to PassivHaus standard or close depending on budget and aspirations.
