We are a consortium of seven schools and two universities. We work through schools to respond to the specific needs of young people, parents/carers and schools in the area; from learning maths skills for life, to taking part in inspirational experiences... The students of the south west have a huge amount of potential; we want to help them to understand routes into apprenticeships, higher education and high-quality jobs by running programmes that draw together the region's collective capacity to support young people... Our model of working is based on sustained work with young people and we achieve this by partnering with businesses, schools, colleges & universities, and cultural and heritage partners. This provides young people with a wide range of experiences designed to help them understand future options, and the confidence to reach their full potential.
