The Albanian Disability Rights Foundation is a non-profit Albanian organization that was founded by OXFAM, Great Britain in 1996... Since its establishment, ADRF has functioned as a coordination center for undertaking major initiatives with an impact on improving the quality of life for people with disabilities in Albania. To fulfill our mission, we work together with and without disabilities.
