He is the host of the Diary of an Apartment Investor Podcast and the founder of the Tribe of Titans, a multifamily educational community.
He has two degrees in Math from the University of Utah, a Master's in International Relations from the Naval Postgraduate School, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021.

Esteban has been investing in Real Estate since 2018 and has a background in industrial automation and process control. With years of leadership experience, Esteban has seen great success in asset management and project management in the industrial manufacturing space.
Esteban is currently licensed as an electrical journeyman and has two degrees in computer support and electromechanical technology.
In his free time, Esteban very much enjoys the family life in addition to reading, camping, traveling, physical fitness, professional sports fan, and movie cinema.

Sari has been investing in Real Estate since 2018 and has a background in quality assurance in the manufacturing space. She left her 12-year manufacturing career to become a full-time mom to her three children.
In addition to her Real Estate investments, Sari also runs a successful online sales business.
In her free time, Sari enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, camping, traveling, physical fitness, crafting, and furniture restoration.
