We design and build permanent reusable crates for trade show properties, or we can fabricate pallets and one-way crates if that's all you need. Our crates are designed to be handled by forklifts and typically have custom-fit carpeted runners, foam inserts, strong hardware and hold-downs where needed, and our CNC router can even cut custom-fitting foam pieces for fragile or sensitive items... We keep a range of materials on-hand, and we have quick access to anything that we don't keep. Located in the heart of DFW, our suppliers are close by. We can pick up materials the same day, or deliveries are often no more than a day away... We work with woods, plastics, metals, fabrics, foam, vinyl... Whatever you need. We can process nearly any non-ferrous sheet material with our CNC router. We have TIG, MIG and oxy-acetylene welding capability. We have laser-cutting and plasma-cutting capabilities at our disposal.
