Dan Cochran

Dan has been a plumber since 1979, and he served as an instructor for the Fairfax County Public Schools apprenticeship program for 24 years. He served as the manager of Dwyer's plumbing department from 1991-2001 and became the owner of Dwyer Plumbing, Heating & Air in 2002.

Danny Pershayaphai

Danny has been with Dwyer since 2020, and he has been working as a tradesman since 2006 in the industry. His curiosity is what got him started; he was interested in learning how heating and AC units worked. Now he's a pro who is ready to get your system up and running! Danny enjoys working at Dwyer because of the positive atmosphere from his supervisors and fellow employees.

Diallo Spann

Diallo has been working with Dwyer since 2019. His experience in the trades dates back to 2006. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Dwyer, his response was, "Where do I start? Long Pham

Long has been working with Dwyer since 2020 and has been in the trades since 2017. His brother got him interested in the industry. What started out as a summer job has transformed into a full-time career! Long says he plans to stay with Dwyer for the long haul. He loves his supervisors and co-workers and enjoys working with customers to meet their home comfort needs. "Find out what you want to do, and then work for it. Morris Pastore

Morris has been an HVAC technician with Dwyer since 2020, and he has been working in the trades since 2013. Morris says he comes from a family where if something was broken, they would fix it themselves. You can trust him to fix the problem in your home, too, knowing he's ready to get to work. "Dwyer hires good techs who know what they're doing. The last company I worked for didn't provide the right tools, or guys who knew what they were doing. Nabil Ansary

Nabil has been with Dwyer since 2004. His commitment to the trades is fueled by his love of tackling tough jobs. Each service call is an opportunity to solve a problem and learn something new. Even after almost two decades of work, Nabil finds there is always something to learn. He encourages technicians who are just starting out to ask questions and commit to learning every day. "I like the challenges of this career. I like to fix things and to be challenged. There is always something to learn. Nathaniel Cochran

Nathaniel began at Dwyer in the 1980s as an infant hanging out at customers' kitchen tables when his father was a service plumber running emergency calls. In the early 2000s, Nathaniel worked in the summers as a plumber's helper. He came to Dwyer full-time in 2012 and worked a variety of jobs, including dispatcher. Nathaniel has been Dwyer's General Manager since 2019.

Rachael Spiker

Rachael was just 14 when she installed the plumbing to a shower-all on her own. When she was in college, her dorm mates called her first before dialing school maintenance. Her reputation preceded her and when she began working in the hospitality industry, she often was found fixing things while wearing a business suit. Rachael credits her hands-on knowledge to being brought up running the halls of the Dwyer offices. Beginning her position as Office Manager in 2021, Rachael brings years of hospitality management experience and customer service with her. On any given day, she might be dispatching technicians, coordinating payroll or even answering your call.
