The EnCircle Mentoring Circles are aimed at professionals with less than 10 years of industry experience. Each session will be hosted by experienced senior asset management professionals. The mentors will share their experiences and discuss the tools required to navigate the barriers faced throughout their career. At EnCircle, we have identified barriers that we believe those in the early stages of their careers face. Such as tackling culture in the office environment, career strategy and problem-solving skills, sponsorship, leadership, mental health and well-being and relationship building
