FINA CDM - Key Persons

David Fina is a seasoned and highly respected general contractor who earned his well-rounded experience in construction through a wide range of projects, most notably apartments/multifamily housing, student housing, medical, office, industrial and heavy industrial, highways and utilities, mixed-use retail, retail, tenant improvements, custom homes, and restaurants, all of which and much more contribute to his remarkable 33-year career. In 1982 David started his career as a carpenter and by 1986 he was a journeyman while attending the University of Arizona, his skills and leadership were noticed quickly and his upward move into management was an obvious step. Within 6 years he was a licensed contractor in Arizona and started his first general contracting company. Having come up from the field, his perspective on construction is thorough, knowledgeable, and humbling. That coupled with a self-determined discipline has made David a highly skilled design-build expert who is extremely proficient in new and innovative construction techniques, value engineering, and cost savings, that does not compromise quality. The most notable of all David's attributes is his unique leadership style that empowers team members and peers and brings out the best in all of them. His can-do attitude allows for a project to be taken from conception to completion in a seamless manner.

Shannon manages the operational and accounting department of Fina CDM. Shannon is a highly-skilled operations manager and is equally passionate about decorating, and design, she can assist clients with major decorating to minor tips and ideas to help make their vision a reality.
