Having received a BS in Engineering from West Point and completed a myriad of career-related training opportunities throughout his more than 30-year career, Dexter has performed various leadership roles in the areas of manufacturing, engineering management, and marketing with commendable outcomes. He possesses the objectivity to gain consensus and the ability to implement practical solutions through the use of technical skills and hands-on industrial experience.
