Has more than 35 years of progressively responsible experience in the insurance industry, leading teams with claim handling responsibility in all areas of physical damage. Prior to joining Inspection Connection, Lee held leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance in the areas of Subrogation, Special Investigations, and Technical Oversight. While at Nationwide, he led the formation of a national team with responsibility for handling over 250,000 claims annually in the areas of total loss, salvage, fire, theft, and specialty.

Brings to his leadership role as Director of Specialty Operations a well-established background in commercial and powersports claim handling. Matt has been in the insurance industry for 18 years. Prior to joining InspectionConnection, Matt led a team of over 100 managers and individual contributors at Nationwide Insurance handling everything from snowmobiles to combines. In addition to the special line claims, Matt managed associates and leaders in property and casualty organizations. His breadth of insurance experience and leadership has been well cultivated with a very respected track record of high performance.
