Mr. Janjua has over 35 years of experience, split almost evenly between management consulting and operating roles at early-stage technology companies. He has been a highly respected strategy consultant working with C-level clients at industry-leading firms in the telecom and technology sector. As Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Mr. Janjua advised communications clients on strategic options in the face of major disruption from emerging internet and new media companies. With technology clients, Mr. Janjua worked extensively in developing organic and inorganic growth strategies to shift from hardware-centric business models towards software and services. In his entire career, Mr. Janjua has excelled in his fact-based analytical approach to problem-solving, relationship development with senior executives, communication skills, and collaborative work style. After BCG, Mr. Janjua focused his attention on newly emerging technologies in IOT and data analytics. He participated in the buyout of an innovative traffic analytics software company, Citilabs, served as its Chairman for six years, and recently sold the company to Bentley Systems, generating a 10x return for its shareholders. In addition, he continues to offer advisory services to select clients, notably SoftBank, PayPal, Cisco, HP, Cognizant, and Accenture. Mr. Janjua has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan; a Master in Applied Sciences (EE) from the University of Windsor, Canada in 1981 and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 1991.

Mr. Ali Adamjee is the Chief Executive Officer of Adamjee Dura Built (Pvt) Limited, a leading producer of PVC pipes and fittings in Pakistan. Adamjee Dura Built is a part of the House of Adamjee which was founded by Sir Adamjee Haji Dawood who, along with being a compatriot of the Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was one of the main financiers in the creation of Pakistan. Originally in matches and jute, the House of Adamjee has diversified into many fields including insurance, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and textiles. Mr. Ali Adamjee joined Adamjee Dura Built-in 1993 and was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in 1997. During his time there, the business has grown by 300x with an unwavering focus on R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing competitiveness. It is because of this rigor that the company has become a leading supplier of industrial products to over 150 cities in Pakistan with a constantly expanding network. With over 2 decades of consistent executive leadership in line with the values of the Group, Mr. Ali Adamjee has cemented the company as a core pillar of value creation for the House of Adamjee. Sir Adamjee Haji Dawood was knighted by King Edward, not only for his business prowess but for his philanthropic work. Upholding this family tradition, Mr. Ali Adamjee has also been passionate about philanthropy. He is a Trustee of the Adamjee Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Group which funds various institutes of education and healthcare, and he is also a Trustee of the Hamid Adamjee Trust, which provides financial support to people with medical, educational, and/or self-employment needs. He has been heading the scholarship wing of the Adamjee Foundation since 1995 and has been awarded over 2000 scholarships to date. He was also the Chair of the Board of the Lady Mariam Adamjee Girls School for over 25 years, taking a keen interest in the running of the school which was formed to provide quality education to underprivileged girls. His governance experience further extends to Diesel Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd, another Group company, and he has also been a Director on the Board of Dawood Family Tawakul. Mr. Ali Adamjee has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, USA, and has been a member of the Pakistan Engineering Council for over 2 decades. He is also an avid bridge player and has been on the Board of the Pakistan Bridge Federation for 8 years.
Mr. Zamin Zaidi joined the Dawood Group in 2016 and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Dawood Investments (Pvt) Ltd, an investment company of the Group. Before joining the Dawood Group, he had amassed over 15 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical sector where he worked as the Executive Director of Novins International, a leading producer, and distributor of essential medicines. Mr. Zaidi has also worked on data storage and management software platforms at EMC Corporation in Boston, USA. He possesses extensive experience in renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and technology startups, and has previously served as interim CEO of Engro Enfrashare (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Zaidi is a certified director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Dawood Lawrencepur Ltd, Engro Enfrashare (Pvt) Ltd, Inbox Business Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, and Pebbles (Pvt) Ltd. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and his areas of interest include innovation in information technology, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.
