COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST

I am a qualified and experienced Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa since 2011. I am a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and Psychological Society of South Africa. I have gained over a decade of clinical experience at private-owned, church-based, non-profit, and governmental organisations... I enjoy working with people from diverse cultural groups and across different life stages that present with an array of psychological challenges. Hence, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is integrative, inclusive, culturally appropriate, and contextually relevant. Overall, I have a keen interest in diverse human experience across all spheres of existence - resolving past challenges, understanding current functioning, and enhancing resilience... The ultimate goal of every encounter is to work towards positive change and facilitate a process of optimal mental health and wellbeing.
