Bill spent over 30 years as a recreation superintendent, swim coach, and trainer for both lifeguards and swimming instructors in Connecticut.
Drew began his career in aquatics as a waterfront lifeguard for several years. He is a Ph.D. student at University of Hartford. Drew teaches all our training course offerings, and runs the firm.
Drew realizes that consulting is so much more than simply-tagged evidence.
Greg is an international expert on cybersecurity technology, a contributor with Mozilla Firefox, and on talent management.
Greg focuses on cybersecurity and evaluative frameworks by improving talent by coaching recreation leaders to deliver feedback and support to employees.
He also assists departments in developing bids for federal contracts and has helped to bring in over 12 billion dollars in opportunities.

The owner of Verab Greenhouses in Bethany, CT and a landscaper of over 35 years, specializing in artificial and natural pond, lake, rivers, streams, swamps, and inland/wetlands, Jamie is the newest member to the firm.
He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut's agricultural school.
