Dave Parsons founded Parsons Communications, Inc. and its subsidiary pciNetworks in 1997 to serve the technology needs of enterprise financial development. The PCI home office is located in downtown Manhattan, New York City. Our business development and recruiting team members are primarily situated in the northeastern United States. Dave Parsons holds a Masters Degree in Information Management Systems from Harvard University, and maintains an active CISSP certification # 61285.
