Welcome to Reach, our Senior In- Home Counseling Service. We provide one on one mental health counseling services at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and independent homes for seniors and their families. Our counselors are fully licensed and compassionate in the care they give. The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Reach is here to help... We accept insurances that provide In- Home coverage, including Medicare. We also offer a low private pay rate of 80.00 for the Initial Evaluation and 65.00 per session. We accept checks, cash and credit cards payments.
