Jason is a pastor (Masters of Divinity, Covenant Theological Seminary) and Certified Peer Specialist (Missouri Credentialing Board). He coaches fellow pastors as they face the emotional and mental health challenges associated with vocational ministry. Jason also coaches peers who are in the ongoing process of mental health recovery. His professional and personal knowledge allow him to empathize with his clients. Jason's lived experience enables him to encourage and empower his peers. In addition to his work with individual clients, Jason also serves as the director of Fresh Hope for Pastors. Fresh Hope for Pastors is part of an international ministry called Fresh Hope for Mental Health.

Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Master of Arts in Counseling, Covenant Theological Seminary). As an LPC, Tiffany utilizes various models and methods to offer mental, emotional and behavioral health support. Her training and professional experience enable her to provide insight to diverse clientele. Her personal experience as the spouse of someone who lives with a mental health condition allows her to offer empathy and understanding to individuals and their loved ones.
