Mrs Mitlesh Vaid is an experienced clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience as a lead therapist for a disability service. I have experience working with a range of people who will have various health and social care needs and understand client's lifestyle and create best plan for them. As a therapist I take person-centred approach to each patient's physical and mental wellbeing by considering their needs such as physical, social, psychological and environmental. I have extensive experience in carrying out assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans within client's home, hospital, community settings, care homes and supported living facilities.

Ms Phyllis Nnadi is an experienced independent nurse prescriber with over 12yrs experience as a nurse. Her passion to do nursing began when she was 16 whilst completing a placement in a nursing home. During her nursing studies and beyond, she has worked in various care settings; elderly, learning disabilities and peripatetic homes for people with enduring mental health issues. Over the years, she has developed strong clinical skills, knowledge, experience and background in working in care home and community settings, minor illnesses and injuries, GP out of hours care, primary care, practice nursing, mental health nursing and substance misuse in adults.
