She used her management, marketing, education, organization, & creativity to navigate the challenges owning, operating, and growing Sure Lock Packaging. Georgia spent 20 years in Montessori Public Education, while helping her husband promote & market the family's Metal Refinery. She enjoys her large family & Sure Lock benefits from her matriarchal perspectives & life experiences. Georgia is especially passionate about packaging offerings that focus on safety, minimize waste, are non-toxic & are reusable & recyclable.

Marcelle is Sure Lock's Marketing & Media Manager. They bring their education in Writing & Political Science & their 5 years of experience managing & promoting small businesses to the Sure Lock team. With extracurricular experience in the creative arts, community organizing, & political organizing Marcelle is uniquely prepared to stay abreadth of cannabis justice Issues, industry policy, & cultural/consumer trends. They are passionate about creating community & providing insight to keep clients' needs cutting edge.
Rachel holds degrees in Packaging Engineering & Graphic Design. After working in the corporate world Rachel decided to start her own company focusing on designing, branding & manufacturing packaging for smaller, new, or niche businesses that had unique needs: such as child resistant packaging. She knew there was a demand for smaller run volumes at reasonable prices & wanted to address it. Rachel worked months developing a Business Plan that would fit her education, creativity & the needs of businesses across our country. Like every new business Rachel faced many challenges from choosing the best equipment, finding reliable suppliers, creating a functional workspace to hiring skilled employees. There are times when being a strong, stubborn, hardworking woman pays off. Today Rachel has built Sure Lock Packaging into the company she visualized & more. The process gave Rachel knowledge & experiences that sharpened her Engineering & Graphic skills while developing marketing & business ownership expertise she passes on to clients. He has 10 years of experience in the design industry with skill sets including: branding & identity creation, social media marketing, web design, illustration, printing, packaging, photography, & product development. His proficiency in the Adobe Suite can be an asset to anyone in need of thoughtful design.
