Sushi-Pro was founded in 2005 by Peter and Nora Thiange who had been providing cold drink ‘slushi' machines to school tuck-shops for a number of years. After the Qld Government introduced the ‘healthy options' guidelines for school tuck-shops, conveyors turned to Peter and Nora for healthy alternatives. They started producing Sushi for several of their regular customers and created one of the only catering companies for fresh Sushi, Catering Brisbane and the Gold Coast... Sushi-Pro are proud to be HACCP certified since 2007 and Woolworths Quality Assured.
