Alisia possesses a fundamental knowledge of balance between internal and external organizational operations. Alisia has established a presence in the second largest city in Illinois throughout her 26 years employed by the City of Aurora. Her connection to the community, due to access to philanthropic and governmental personnel and agencies, is invaluable to the mission of The Dates Group Project NFP. Her education, knowledge and tenured experience in the field of Human Resources will advance the objectives by contributing in the selection process of future officers and directors for the Board. Her passion for ensuring a proper connection between one's ability and the correct career path to best utilize that ability is a direct benefit to the goals and mission of The Dates Group Project NFP.
Angela Henderson is a PowerBI-CERTIFIED, ANALYTICS and FINANCIAL professional with more than 10 years of experience. She is passionate about using data visualization and storytelling to positively affect the growth and profitability of organizations, while adding value through strategic analysis. She is known for adding quantifiable value and growth to a project or business, using BI tools/storytelling visualizations. She will lead the financial stewardship and guidance of The Dates Group Project.

Chi Dates has a passion for the small business owner, stemming from her 25 years in the financial industry servicing them. Through business estate planning, insurance, and small business banking, she has helped hundreds of small business owners over the years in the Chicagoland area, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Memphis and in Colorado Springs. She is a member of the Grant Professionals Association, Association of Fundraising Professionals, the National Notary Association, and the League of Women Voters. She currently serves on the Economic Development committee of the National Small Business Association's Leadership Council. She is passionate about business development, family, generational wealth, and the advancement of women, minorities, and every protected class of citizens. Chi has married business planning, marketing, financial statements, and growth strategy into sophisticated solutions to attract funders, investors and grantors. Chi has served as Executive Director for two nonprofits over the past 8 years. Currently, she is the Executive Director of The Dates Group Project, NFP. She excels in nonprofit consultation and board development.
President, Sunbow Foundation, 2016 - Present. A graduate of University of Illinois in Chicago (UIC), and cancer survivor, Marie is one of the most understated and humble philanthropic giants. She founded The Sunbow Foundation, a 501c3 organization, in 2017. The Sunbow Foundation is dedicated to do acts of kindness to assist people in difficult situations such as illness and financial challenges by answering a need. They assist others in fundraising efforts for individuals in need. They encourage and celebrate acts of kindness in others in order to stop the rain, bring out the sun and create a Sunbow! Marie is invaluable in the art of fundraising. She has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars and is connected in the philanthropic circles of Chicago. In her capacity as secretary, Marie is an award-winning writer and a seasoned board member and director of other NPO's.
Nancy has over 30 years' experience in financial services as a resolute and accomplished Client Services and Operations Manager professional. Throughout her tenure, she demonstrated ability as a critical thinker, able to forge solid relationships with clients and partners; able to build consensus across multiple organizational levels. Nancy is an enthusiastic leader who provides strategic vision during periods of implementation, transition and periods of growth. She is excited to utilize these skills to support the vision of The Dates Group Project NFP.
