Adam D. Fine is the managing partner of Vicente Sederberg's Boston office. He represents several successful Massachusetts cannabis businesses and prospective business licensees on corporate, licensing, and regulatory matters. A leading voice on cannabis law and policy in the Commonwealth, in 2018 Adam was named one of the "100 Most Influential People in Boston" by Boston magazine. He was also recognized by Boston magazine in 2021 as one of Boston's Top Lawyers. In 2022, Adam was recognized as a top-rated Massachusetts corporate and business attorney by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers. Adam served as a consultant to the Massachusetts Special Senate Committee on Marijuana and as a member of the drafting committee for Question 4, the 2016 ballot initiative that legalized marijuana in Massachusetts. Andrea Golan serves as counsel in Vicente Sederberg's Los Angeles office and a member of the firm's Regulatory Compliance and Hemp and Cannabinoids Departments. Her practice focuses on advising businesses in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for cultivating, processing, testing, marketing, and selling cannabis products-including advising businesses with respect to the intersection of federal, state, and local laws. Prior to joining VS, Andrea was an associate attorney at a national insurance defense firm, where her practice focused on commercial and business litigation, public entity defense, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice. Andrew Livingston

Andrew Livingston is based in Vicente Sederberg's Denver office, where he serves a unique role as an economist, business analyst, and general cannabis policy wonk. As the firm's director of economics and research, he assists clients with developing and expanding their enterprises across cannabis markets nationally and internationally. A wide variety of marijuana and hemp businesses look to Andrew for help navigating the regulatory intricacies that influence market dynamics, as well as to create sophisticated revenue models and pro forma for investors and to guide strategic decision-making. Andrew has spent his entire career studying cannabis markets, first working alongside the VS team in 2012 on the historic campaign to pass Amendment 64, which legalized marijuana for adults in Colorado. Following implementation, he served as an inaugural member and policy committee chair of the Denver Cannabis Sustainability Working Group, where he helped coordinate government and business efforts to increase environmental stewardship within the cannabis industry. Andrew is a co-host of the popular cannabis policy podcast Weed Wonks, as well as a regular guest on Marijuana Today, the cannabis industry's top business and politics podcast. He appears frequently in the news discussing cannabis policy and economics, and he is often asked to speak at business and legal seminars around the country and internationally on the intersection of market dynamics and cannabis policy.
