Robert L. "Bo" Foley is the second of five sons of his retired Marine dad and stay-at-home mom. His family has deep roots in Hampton Roads: both his parents graduated from First Colonial High School and his grandparents, siblings, uncles, aunts, and cousins still live in the area. Bo graduated from Hampden-Sydney College magna cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in History before earning his Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary. During law school, Bo spent his first summer clerkship working for Pete Decker and his second at Willcox & Savage.
After graduation, Bo began work at Willcox & Savage's Virginia Beach office handling primarily domestic relations cases. After two years he switched to its Norfolk office and began working on the defense of significant products liability and transportation cases. After seven years at Willcox & Savage, Bo left to form Foley Huber, P.C. with Val Huber in 2010. Now practicing as Foley & Foley, P.C., our attorneys have the experience and know-how to represent your interests in all manner of litigation matters.

Valerie B. "Val" Foley (Huber) is a Virginia Beach native and graduate of Frank W. Cox High School, where she played defense on the varsity soccer team her junior and senior years. Val is the daughter of Vern, a retired Navy Captain, and Gail, a retired special education teacher, and she is the second of four siblings.
