I have been active in commercial property agency since I started in the profession in January 1983, and have dealt with a wide range of commercial properties throughout Essex and south Suffolk... I principally focus on vacant shop, office and industrial/warehouse properties, either for sale or to let, however also get involved in investment properties and development land... One of the founding directors of Whybrow Riches & Dodds which, in July 1992, agreed a management buyout from Halifax Estate Agencies of the Colchester office, following which he continued to run the Commercial Agency department, dealing with all aspects of the business in all main sectors, retail offices, industrial and investment/development work.
