Adam Bloch has over 20 years consulting and advisory professional services experience with global public and private companies. A background in board and executive level recruitment in the technology, media and communications sectors.
Adam co-founded fdu Group in 2009 to respond to the needs of ambitious, dynamic companies. As CEO Adam is committed to performance, quality and results with regards to Client projects. He is known for his long term Client relationship building skills, his strategic Client consultation capabilities and has a keen eye for excellent customer service.

David Bloom is an award winning Finance Director with broad international experience in fast growth public and private environments. He has improved profitability and shareholder value by developing and implementing scalable and efficient operations and processes. David co-founded fdu in 2009, to provide businesses with the right Finance professionals, access to the best expert advice and delivery of innovative resources to optimise business performance.
Michelle has over 15 years of marketing experience, predominantly in the technology and design sectors. She has extended her love of brand and digital by working on both the Client and Agency side of marketing and business development with Packard Bell NEC, Text100, FINALLY and now fdu.
Richard joined fdu's expanding team of Search specialists in September 2015. He brings with him a wealth of experience and industry knowledge as well as strong relationships with a variety of Clients, from FTSE 100 business to funded start-ups.
Richard has over 20 years' recruitment experience, the last 15 of which have been spent recruiting at a senior level into corporates, both in the UK and internationally across a number of sectors including FMCG businesses, Business Services, Manufacturing and Engineering.
Richard has successfully recruited for the following positions : CFO, Regional and Divisional Finance Directors, Group Head of FP&A, Group Financial Controllers as well as Divisional Heads of Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Audit. He also has wider experience of recruiting in to HR, IT and the legal market places.
Steve joined fdu in 2015 and leads the Build Out Practice whilst also transacting on behalf of certain Clients in the Interim & Advisory Team. His focus is primarily on the Accountancy & Finance sector covering UK and Europe with the majority of that work successfully delivered in growth orientated SME's, PE and VC backed companies. More recently, Steve has been transacting regularly in the Mid-Cap (including listed) environment.
Steve's dedication is evident in the high level of commitment and professionalism he shows both Clients and Candidates, always working at an exemplary level of customer service and communication to quickly deliver a narrow short list of suitable Candidates for each assignment.
