Alan has a passion for flooring and works hard to make sure every client has their expectations exceeded. His lovely family all support his endeavors to sell flooring. He works hard and plays hard too. A few of his hobbies are football, basketball and any kind of fishing. He is an easy going personality on the floor and likes to give back to the community.

Greg has been a resident of San Jose for over 34 years. With vast experience in sales and installation, Greg would be more than happy to help you with your floor covering needs. When the surf's up, Greg still goes to work. In his free time, you can find Greg playing guitar with his band at local venues or spending time with his wife and young son.

Karen Schwindt, Sales Consultant with Abbey Carpet & Floor, has been in the floor covering industry for more than 12 years. With a vast array of floor coverings to choose from, Karen works with clients to both educate them, and to help them select the best available product for their situation. Her approach is to treat every client honestly and fairly, and help them to get the most value for the money they spend. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Karen moved to california in 1965. In her spare time, Karen prepares her miniature wire-haired dachshunds for competition.

Robert has 35 years of extensive experience in the customer service field. He works diligently with each customer to understand their lifestyle requirements and recommend the best flooring solution for their needs. Robert's focus is on top customer satisfaction and strives to build trust and lasting connections with all of his customers. Robert was born and raised in San Jose and has three adult children ages 20-28. He loves to hike and is an avid sports fan.

Stephen is the newest addition to the Abbey Carpet family. Born in Oregon, he moved to California when he was just 3 years old. He is married and has 6 children. His oldest just turned 8. Stephen comes to Abbey with over 30 years of flooring experience, from his tender years when he would help his father with home projects, through today, helping the Delamores grow the business. Stephen takes great pride in being a flooring consultant and helps our customers make educated flooring decisions every day. "I am very blessed to have found my place at this family owned business.
