Biostimulants are compounds, substances and products, including microorganisms, whose function, when applied to plants/seeds/rhizosphere, is to regulate and enhance the physiological processes of crops, independent of the nutrient content of the product to efficiency, growth, yield, quality and/or stress of input use to improve tolerance... Agricultural biostimulants are among the older products used in agriculture. It has always been a need to stimulate the growth of plants to increase yields and, all the more when the farmer sees his crop may diminish, especially after having gone through an inclement weather.
