Bemidji 31 Education Foundation Fund's purpose is to enhance the educational opportunities of the students, staff, educational programs and institutions of ISD #31, including but not limited to post-secondary scholarship funds, program restricted endowments, faculty improvement programs, and capital equipment acquisition.
