Danielle M. Lindauer

Mrs. Lindauer has worked full time since completing high school and continued to do so, having put herself through college. She first attended Manatee Community College, earning an Associates of Science in Legal Assisting and an Associates of Arts in General Studies. She then graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree majoring in finance and minoring in Psychology. She wanted to be an attorney for as long as she can remember and was dedicated to the field of personal injury since first being introduced to it working in a law firm before law school. Before and during law school, she worked in the personal injury field for eight years where she gained invaluable experience learning all the details of handling injury claims. Mrs. Lindauer is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. She attended the part-time program at Stetson so that she could hold full time employment while attaining her law degree. While at Stetson, she participated in the Public Defender Clinical Program of Pinellas County. During this time, she defended juvenile offenders up to and through trial. Coming from a family with strong law enforcement ties, she chose this criminal defense clinic so that she could have a full understanding of the defense perspective. From it, she gained a connection to children involved in the legal system and earned the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award with most of her volunteer work done mentoring teens in the legal field. She also studied law overseas traveling to Spain, Gibraltar, Switzerland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007. She is a past president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Manatee County Bar and served on the board of the Manatee County Bar Association. She also served one year as both Treasurer and Vice President of the Young Lawyers Division. During her tenure as an officer with the Young Lawyers Division of the Manatee County Bar, she participated in Wills for Heroes, Team Up for Teachers and the building and funding of our courthouse's Child Waiting Room. Mrs. Lindauer is admitted to the Florida Bar and concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death. She has a superb 10.0 rating on AVVO. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association. She is passionate about protecting the rights of her clients and those who may feel helpless navigating the legal system. Mrs. Lindauer is a Florida native, born and raised in Bradenton. She is married to Manatee County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Scott Lindauer. They have two sons, Dylan and Ashton. Her favorite hobby is competitive shooting. She was SASS's Women's Long Range State Champion in 2009 and 2010; Long Range Southeast Regional Champion in 2009; 2012 Ladies' Wild Bunch Champion and Top Lady Shooter at Myakka's Annual Match in 2011, only four days before her first son was born. She continued shooting while her first son was young but now with two young boys, competitive shooting has been tabled for the time being. Her new favorite hobby is anything that means family time. Ms. Lindauer's family has learned the struggles and joys that come with disabilities on a personal level. As such, she is also passionate about supporting the disability community and those organizations that love and support people affected by disabilities. Injuries are disabling and Mrs. Lindauer understands the life-changing effect this has on people and their loved ones. Becker & Lindauer, LLC began from a desire to protect those who have been wronged. That is what drew both David S. Becker and Danielle Lindauer to the law. Right out of law school, Mr. Becker put his skills to work fighting for those who fell victim to the criminal conduct of others by prosecuting serious felony offenders. For the past 25 years, his practice has been solely devoted to representing those seriously hurt due to others' negligence. That is where both Mr. Becker's and Mrs. Lindauer's paths crossed, in a prominent Bradenton law firm representing the injured. In 2007, Mr. Becker was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease resulting in life-changing treatment at Duke University in Durham, NC. With a new lease on life, his desire to assist those suffering was only reinforced. Ms. Lindauer, born and raised in Manatee County, was introduced to the legal system at a young age and recognized the need for the unwary to have guidance and advocacy while navigating through our legal system. From that young age, she expected to be an attorney working in the family law system. Prior to attending law school, she worked for a personal injury attorney where she instantly connected with the vast responsibility of protecting the injured. It became a passion and before, during, and since law school, representing the injured has been her focus. Becker & Lindauer, LLC opened their practice, dedicated to the injured, on November 1, 2020. Both Mr. Becker and Mrs. Lindauer are longtime East Manatee County residents and are eager to give back to the community that has served them so well. Proud sponsors of local community-based organizations, they look to further serve the community through their new law practice for years to come.

David S. Becker

Job Titles:
  • Founding Partner
Mr. Becker has spent decades representing the injured. Everyday he fights back against the callousness exhibited by insurance companies, ensuring that the rights of his clients are fully protected. Mr. Becker's original plan was to be a rock ‘n' roll star. As he says, "when it became clear that my skills as a musician would not foster such a career path, my focus shifted to law." After receiving his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University, he relocated to the State of Florida and studied law at Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated fifth in his law school class and participated in Stetson's Moot Court Board. After graduating law school, he gained valuable trial experience seeking justice for those victimized by the criminal conduct of others. In 1988, he became a Prosecutor for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, representing the State of Florida in cases involving serious felonies, often pursuing hardened habitual felony offenders. In 1997, Mr. Becker was asked to join a prominent Bradenton law firm and devoted his practice to the representation of those injured as a result of the negligence of others. Perhaps his proudest accomplishment is achieving Board Certification as a Civil Trial Specialist in 2010, something only a small percentage of Florida attorneys ever attain. In 2020, Mr. Becker and his partner, Danielle Lindauer, opened up their own practice dedicated to the representation of the injured. Together they are putting their decades of experience to work for the seriously hurt. Mr. Becker's pride and joy is his family. He has been married since 1986 to his beautiful wife, Rina, who teaches fifth grade at Gene Witt Elementary. Together they have resided in Bradenton since 1987 and brought up two amazing children. Their daughter, Jayna, is a University of Florida graduate and currently practices speech therapy in the Philadelphia school district. Their son, Jared, has settled down in Tampa, after graduating from Florida State University, and is enjoying all Tampa sports has to offer.
