With over 40 years experience, Charles leads the whole of the C.B. Collier team. Solution-driven and pragmatic, Charles is innovative with the way in which projects are approached whilst making sure that investors get the best returns out of opportunities.

Ed enjoyed a 7 year professional rugby career, featuring for Bedford Blues and Worcester Warriors. During this time, Ed achieved a BSc at Loughborough University, an MSc in International Real Estate and Planning at UCL and has worked for CB Collier Ltd for 5 years whilst training to be a Chartered Surveyor. Ed enjoyed the challenge of balancing professional sport with a property career, but has since moved into a full-time role at CB Collier as a Development Manager. Ed was appointed as an Advisory Board Member to the UKREiiF in preparation for the conference in May 2022.

Paul has worked with CB Collier for 20 years. Having worked in the military, Paul is astute and very detail focused. Paul is experienced in approach, strategy and commercial project management as well as security.

Sally qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 and worked initially in private practice before moving into industry as in - house Solicitor and Company Secretary. Sally has worked with the Board of a PLC operating under the principles of the UK Corporate Governance Code for the last 18 years. In 2012 Sally revitalised her legal expertise and obtained a Masters in International Law (Corporate Governance). Additionally, Sally has wide commercial experience in property and construction. Sally has worked with Charles for more than 15 years on various projects and together with Charles focuses on the core aspects of the business.
