Dianne D'Elia has a M.A. in Peace, Conflict and Development and is a Certified Third-Party Neutral with over 11 years of experience working with clients. Dianne uses her extensive knowledge of mental health, conflict dynamics and coaching to help understand client need and provide client focused and meaningful interventions. She has broad range of experience working in challenging and high-intensity situations and prides herself in being able to build trust, address client concern and provide meaningful solutions.

Gayle Wiebe

Gayle Wiebe Oudeh has over 20 years experience in organizational leadership and is a seasoned coach, trainer, and mediator. Gayle utilizes her expertise in interpersonal dynamics, team development, leadership development and organizational systems in her work with Executives, Managers, and teams as they deal with difficult issues, people and choices in the workplace. Gayle specializes in coaching individuals in high-intensity situations, providing insight and feedback to individuals in times of stress, change and conflict. Her coaching programs focus on the current needs of the client as well as their long-term objectives, allowing for in-depth exploration and insight as well as realistic goal setting and accountability. In addition to her coaching work, Gayle has designed and facilitated numerous courses on subjects such as communication, problem solving, conflict management, personality differences, and diversity in the workplace. Gayle is a frequent keynote speaker as well as radio and television guest on these subjects. Her dynamic and totally interactive presentations have captivated audiences internationally.

He helps his clients develop and create effective and peaceful solutions to their biggest challenges at work and in life. An accomplished author, practitioner, speaker and coach, Nabil offers a unique perspective on leadership, organizational effectiveness and workplace wellness. Nabil holds a Masters Degree in Peace Studies, is a Chartered Mediator and an Honored Fellow. In 1993 he founded the Centre for Conflict Resolution International with offices in the US and Canada. He is a sought after speaker as a leading authority on workplace restoration, diversity and inclusion, organizational conflict issues and appropriate responses to conflict, as well as international peace initiatives.

Vanessa Alexander

Vanessa Alexander has more than 10 years' experience in the field of Conflict Resolution with a focus on conflict analysis and dialogue facilitation. Vanessa has facilitated multi-party group processes and is comfortable working in tense or challenging group dynamics as well as with leaders. Vanessa tailors her solutions to the client's needs and prioritizes working towards building the fundamental skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and relationship building. Vanessa has worked with a range of professionals both in the private and public sectors on conflict management and corporate responsibility. She has worked at every stage of a conflict management process from assessing problem areas to facilitating group dialogues and mediations to developing grievance systems and other tools to prevent future challenges. Vanessa has a graduate degree in Conflict Resolution from the Department of Law at SOAS, University of London in the UK and has been involved in coordinating research projects on conflict dynamics in the Niger Delta among others.
