COHOTA

COHOTA is a group of pilots and aircraft owners who care deeply about the Camarillo and Oxnard Airports. COHOTA has been at the forefront of the effort to seek a fair and equitable ground lease for our privately-owned hangars at Oxnard and Camarillo Airports. Over the last several years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that the draft leases proposed by the Department of Airports are fair, and protect hangar owners and tenants' rights. COHOTA members are also involved in providing public feedback for Airport-related growth and development issues, including relations with the cities of Camarillo and Oxnard, noise abatement programs and the updating of the airports' Master Plans... COHOTA is registered as a non-profit 501(c)(6) corporation, and is led by a volunteer Board of Directors...
