Lee Weisenberg - CEO

Job Titles:
  • CEO
Mr. Weisenberg began in his capacity with Coleman in 2016 after meeting Tracy Coleman at the Valley Fire Debris Removal Project, where Coleman was providing crews for the cleanup and Lee was working with the management contractor. At the time, the company operated as a sole proprietorship with annual revenues in the range of $1 to $2 million. Lee recognized an opportunity to grow the business utilizing the company's certifications, along with his existing relationships to provide niche services to larger companies. The first two contracts in 2016 were both multi-million-dollar contracts to provide lead sampling services. Over the next six years, Mr. Weisenberg and the company continued to work in both the private and public sectors on projects ranging from disaster recovery to site preparation to levee repairs. During the time that Lee has managed the company, revenues have increased more than 3,000%. Prior to managing Coleman, Mr. Weisenberg ran successful small business that focused on purchasing distressed assets and management of environmentally sensitive remediation projects. Some of the more significant purchases Lee completed were the acquisitions of the entire production lines at Solyndra, Nanosolar, and SoloPower's Portland facility. Lee currently lives in the DFW Metroplex with his better half and their three rescue dogs, Dali, Louie, and Bennie.

I have had the opportunity to explore various career paths in the environmental construction and utility services sectors, ultimately I have found my current Health & Safety role the most rewarding where I am engaged on a daily basis with the opportunity to help protect our team members, clients, and the public.
