Julianne is excited to embrace her second chapter as an executive/business coach. After serving Corporate America as a training professional for thirty-seven years, she is ready to help women build their confidence and "rise" to the next level on their career journey. Julianne holds a Doctorate degree in Instructional Technology and a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. Julianne completed her coaching training through Coaching Out of the Box and obtained her Associate Certified Coach status through the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and DDI Targeted Selection Interviewing Training. Julianne has an extensive background in designing and delivering initiatives focused on leadership development, employee engagement and building a thriving culture.
