While with UBS and Ameriprise in a management position, he was named "Top Recruiter" and was consistently a top 10 recruiter. Louis was also a Regional Recruiting Director in the New York metro area for Ameriprise. He is well versed in sales, HR, legal, and compliance related issues as they relate to employee-based firms and independent advisors, including advisors covering international clients. He helped train state regulators for Puerto Rico, Florida, and New Jersey.
