Eric is the owner and chief inspector at GuardianPro Inspections. He's a married a father of two teenage boys, and active community volunteer. His work experience includes being a Crew Chief in the United States Air Force, responsible for inspecting the air worthiness of his aircraft. He worked building homes since high school and later owned his own remodeling and general contracting company. These skills work together beautifully in his role as a Home Inspector. He loves his family, community and job.

Jesika is our Scheduling Coordinator, she is a wife and mother of three children. Jesika graduated from New Albany High School, and attended Galen College of Nursing. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, and spending time with her family.

John graduated from Louisville Technical Institute in 2000 with an associates degree in drafting. While attending LTI John landed a job with a local consulting engineering firm where he was trained to be a plumbing designer.

Robert grew up in the small town of Indianola,Iowa the youngest of 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He graduated high school in 2006 and left for the Army immediately upon graduation. He served in combat in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2009-2010 and also did a year in Korea from 2007-2008. After leaving the Army in 2012, he moved with his Fiance, Sara, to Jeffersonville, Indiana. They were married in 2013 and now have three children(Nichole, Chase and Hunter). Robert was in the pest control industry from 2013-2018 before joining Guardian in 2018. He loves sports and the outdoors (fishing, hunting and boating). He also loves building relationships in sales and networking.

Tyler grew up and currently lives in Southern Indiana. He attended Our Lady of Providence High School in Clarksville, Indiana and then Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He has spent the majority of his professional career in the Engineering / Construction Management field. While he's spent his entire career in the construction industry, he always wanted to do something that more directly helped people. Becoming a Home Inspector has enabled him to incorporate both passions in one profession. He and his wife have four children and he enjoys cooking and learning new things.
