The Harvard Lions Club is a part of Lions Clubs International, a network of volunteers who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world... While Lion clubs are chartered to support research and services in the areas of sight, hearing and diabetes at the region, national and international level, we also serve our local community both with respect to these healthcare issues as well as a broad range of other local needs. Following are some of the many ways in which the Harvard Lions benefit the local community…... Increase public awareness by submitting articles and scholarship awards in the Beacon and other media to make the community more aware of who we are and what we do by displaying our web site at every opportunity.
